For the past year and a half, services were at 9 a.m. during the summer and 10 a.m. in the winter months. The change to 10 a.m. is expected to be year-round in order to accommodate more worshippers who have indicated a later starting time would be easier for them.

"We are a growing church, and we want to accommodate as many people as possible," said Dr. Everett L. Parker, church pastor and teacher. "We have a number of people who come some distance to attend church, and if it¹s easier for them at a later time, then the church council wanted to do that."

In addition to the Sunday service, Bible Study is held each Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. Several people are currently involved in a study of the New Testament, and others may join at any time.
