Hi, When I lived up in Greenville years ago, I read a wonderful book about old Doc Pritham. I wonder if that book is still available anyplace and/or if there is any other memorabilia of that wonderful man in a museum someplace. If I knew how to be in touch with Karen Chandler, I would ask her about it.
By the way, for those of you who might remember, I got my current job through the kindness of Brenda Macomber, who didn't mind hiring an old woman whom she knew when she worked in Harris Drug Store. Small world!!
I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

We'd like to offer all our publications to Maine Libraries at a 25% discount because we are a Maine publisher. Greenville's library is great.
Many of our books are educational. I'm hoping that you will be interested in some of our books and that we can work together.
We have a gripping true to life book written by teens, One Dream and Collected Stories, on the problems of alcohol in their communities. Former Governor King endorsed the book with then congressman Baldacci and President Clinton wrote a letter to them praising them for their work.
Another book is a historical document of over 160 authentic civil war letters that a local Maine family helped us produce. It's a great first source research book.
Our new line of children's books is exciting. We have a bi-lingual Spanish book that could help migrant families. We are listed with Ingram and Baker & Taylor. Thank you for your time and consideration.
I hope our up-coming book by Governor Baldacci. I think that it will also interest you.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

From snomobiling on Moosdhead from the old Greenville Inn to visiting the wonderful lake area today, thank you for keeping things free from the tourist mania. Greenville is still a wonderful place to visit, even in retirement.
We are camera buffs and frequent your area to see the majestic moose each year, why, why are we allowing the state to decrease the population of these wonderful creatures. I understand they can be a hazard to drivers, slow down!!!!
The state will not be satisfied until moose will be harder to find than a needle in a haystack. We fished the area in the 70's and moose were a rare sight. Please stop the slaughter of these wonderful creatures, Greenville could be a wonderful spot for shutter bug enthusiasts.
