  • Meet monthly to share information between members.

  • Create a working group to develop a strategy to attract and retain a major wood products manufacturer to the region.

  • Create a working group to develop a strategy for conference center and banquet hall development.

  • How do we achieve a working and sustainable visitor's center for the region?

  • Develop a business plan for the Greenville Business Incubator Facility.

  • Devise a strategy to develop, or just develop, a land trust to hold small parcels of property for both conservation and trail location purposes.

  • Immediately analyze and respond to the expected impacts of the State's school district consolidation plan.

  • Develop revitalization plan for Greenville Industrial Park.

  • Investigate need for and strategy to develop a local revolving loan fund for small business growth.

  • Consider best practices for service delivery and cost-sharing between the Unorganized Territories and nearby municipalities and service centers.

  • Could a private-public partnership at the school work to create a nationally-recognized outdoor education and experiential learning program, as well as one of the best public facilities in the State?

  • How should the Moosehead Lake Region plan for the future in terms of climate change?

  • Can we develop a community-wide free-Internet service?

  • How do we make the Moosehead Lake Region a destination for the Franco-American and French-speaking population? Related to this, how do we tie Greenville to the “Champlain Corridor' project?

  • How will Greenville participate in the 150th anniversary of Thoreau's journeys through the Moosehead Lake Region?

  • Can we work with existing developers – such as Coastal Enterprises, Inc., to develop affordable housing projects?

  • How do we get “market share” from day-hikers and Appalachian Trail “through-hikers” in Greenville?

  • How do we maximize the economic value of having a stock car racing track and ice racing association in our community?

  • How do we get more serious about catering to snowmobilers and/or ATV riders in our community? Do we want to?

  • Can we work with the Airport Advisory Committee to develop a strategy for encouraging business growth at the airport, and to eventually make our airport self-sustainable?
