The Town of Greenville is accepting proposals for a qualified consultant (individual or firm) to prepare a CDBG housing application and, if funded to administer the housing program. This RFP is contingent upon funding by the Department of Economic and Community Development.

The firm/individual will be responsible for completing the proposed work in accordance with all local, State and Federal guidelines. Experience with the administration of CDBG programs, specifically housing, is preferred.
