Town of Greenville Ten-Year Road Improvement Plan
Revised June 1, 2005 by Road Commissioner John Simko and Public Works Foreman Mike Thornton

The purpose of this document is to illustrate the plan for road improvement over the next ten years, and to also demonstrate that currently-available funds are insufficient to meet the Town's road improvement needs. It should be noted that this plan does not include any funds for new sidewalk construction nor sidewalk maintenance. It also does not pay for parking lot improvements. It does utilize estimates by the authors based on the cost experience for road paving and improvement over the past four years. It assumes the Town will only utilize the $27,000 provided annually by the MDOT for local road improvement through the Rural Road Initiative (unless otherwise noted).
