The Moosehead Community Chorus, directed by Ron Dobra, will share a program celebrating Moosemania in Greenville with the Swamp Donkeys, a Greenville High School student band directed by music teacher Josh Guthrie in the Oakes Auditorium on Sunday, June 3rd at 2:00 PM. Ron has chosen a program of varied music celebrating the outdoors, including “The State of Maine Song,” “High Flight,” “Good Day Sunshine,” “Yellow Bird,” “The Road Not Taken” ; and light novelty numbers such as “The Syncopated Clock” and “Father William” from Alice in Wonderland. Josh Guthrie will be leading his own pop rock arrangements with a horn section in styles including the bands “Chicago” and “Huey Lewis and the News.” A special feature will be the premiere of a song written by music students on the theme of moose and/or Moosemania (in the works). The concert is free, and donations will be welcome to defray expenses. For more information call Ron at 695-3959.

The class of 1992 is inviting all alumni and thier guests to join us in honoring the class of 1962, to celebrate the graduates of 2012 and to recognize the anniversary of every fifth year.

Tours of the school will be offered as well as a special area set up for live music. We invite any alumni to bring their instruments to join current students in a jam session.

Alumni dues will be collected $1.00 per year with a maximum of $5.00. As we all know, there was no drinking(alcohol) on school property when we attended. This rule still applies so please no alcohol.
